Our many years of experience enable us to provide you with professional support in all matters of social law, including all aspects of social insurance law and social assistance law. 

Our aim is always to quickly enforce existing claims under social law, for example when granting social assistance, integration assistance for disabled people or the assumption of costs by social insurance providers such as health or long-term care insurance funds.

In addition, we act as experts for welfare institutions and the entire social economy in the negotiation and enforcement of claims for the conclusion of service and remuneration agreements or care rates based on the relevant provisions of social welfare, rehabilitation and participation of people with disabilities, social care insurance and child and youth welfare.

We specialize in advising and representing non-profit welfare associations in all legal matters relating to employment and social security law. 

The focus of our activities is on

  • Rate negotiations and negotiations on service agreements in the areas of social welfare, rehabilitation and participation of people with disabilities, social care insurance and child and youth welfare
  • Representation in arbitration proceedings in accordance with Social Code VIII, IX, XI and XII
