Labor law

We advise and represent you in all areas of employment law. Our aim is always to find not only a pragmatic solution for you, but also one that makes the most economic sense.

As experts in the field of employment law, we support you in all areas, from the drafting of employment contracts to the review of existing employment contracts and the enforcement of claims arising from the employment relationship. In addition, we are active in the cooperation between the works council and management out of court and, if necessary, also in the judicial enforcement of existing claims or the defense of unjustly asserted claims under the Works Constitution Act.

Finally, collective bargaining and collective agreement law is also a core area of our legal practice.

A particular focus of our work is part-time and fixed-term employment law and, in particular, the issue of fixed-term employment relationships in the university sector and in the area of non-university research institutions. We are also experts in temporary staffing and external personnel assignments. We also assist you in proceedings against the social security funds (SOKA Bau).
